Job description
- Answer phone calls, find out the purpose of the calls and, if necessary, direct them to the appropriate person or department,
- Respond to visitor inquiries,
- Maintenance of the Yerevan Mall Club card project,
- Yerevan Mall gift card service,
- If necessary, provide support to other employees,
- Work with the internal document circulation of the company (registration of documents in the register, delivery to the necessary departments, employees),
- Carry out the current instructions and tasks of the direct manager within the scope of official duties,
- Maintain the internal disciplinary norms of the organization and organize the meeting according to the established standards.

- Ability to manage stressful situations,
- A sense of responsibility and attention,
- Organizational skills,
- Work experience in Customer Support is desirable,
- Experience of working with cash would be an advantage.
Schedule: 40 hours a week, 1 day off
