Customer Service Specialist

Job description

  • Answer phone calls, find out the purpose of the calls and, if necessary, direct them to the appropriate person or department,
  • Respond to visitor inquiries,
  • Maintenance of the Yerevan Mall Club card project,
  • Yerevan Mall gift card service,
  • If necessary, provide support to other employees,
  • Work with the internal document circulation of the company (registration of documents in the register, delivery to the necessary departments, employees),
  • Carry out the current instructions and tasks of the direct manager within the scope of official duties,
  • Maintain the internal disciplinary norms of the organization and organize the meeting according to the established standards.

 

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Customer orientation,
  • Teamwork skills,
  • Ability to manage stressful situations,
  • A sense of responsibility and attention,
  • Organizational skills,
  • Work experience in Customer Support is desirable,
  • Experience of working with cash would be an advantage.

 

Schedule: 40 hours a week, 1 day off
